Shirley Ann Golod

Shirley Ann Golod, 58 of Brunswick passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at University Hospitals. She was born August 16, 1951 in Cleveland to Edmond and Catherine (nee Dombrowski) Bentlejewski and was an Elementary School teacher. She was a member of the Polish Legion of American Veterans Post 13 and enjoyed crafts. Mrs. Golod is survived by her sister-in-law Teresa Bentlejewski; brothers-in-law Gerald (Clara) and Richard (Donna) Golod; grandson Tyler Roupe and his father James Roupe; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Golod; daughter Melanie Golod; brother Raymond Bentlejewski; and parents. Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 with Funeral Services at 6:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick.
