Shirley H George, 84, of Hobe Sound, FL, died November 07, 2011, Treasure Coast Hospice at Stuart, FL.
Born in Akron, OH, she lived in Hobe Sound for 52 years coming from Akron.
Before retiring, she had worked for Pratt-Whitney in West Palm Beach for many years in the finance department.
Survivors include nephews Ernest W. George and his wife Dianna and Larry C. George and his wife Nancy, all of Jupiter, Florida; nieces, Kathy A. Kapper and her husband Rich of Mogadore, Ohio and Dawn M. Taggart and her husband Jim of Dayton, Ohio and sister-in-law, Jean L. George of Stuart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest D. George.
