Shirley Jean "Tootsie" Shannon Crawford, 66, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011. She is survived by her parents, Jeannie and Sherley Shannon; four daughters, Tammy Hoshak, Mimi Crawford, Dana Crawford and Mandi Stephenson; a son, Jimmy Crawford; sister, Mary Lou DeLuca; brother, Guy Shannon; eleven grandchildren, Shannon, Corey, Taylor, Cody, Ricky, Dayden, Zach, Linda, Christopher, Kayla, Kyle; two stepchildren, Doug and Angela Crawford. She was preceded in death by a son, Chris Shannon. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "The Tootsie Fund," in care of Amanda Stephenson at 1228 Lewis Avenue, Coraopolis, PA, 15108.
