Shirley Earl Casey Butterfield
“Shirt”

Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, left us on June 4, 2011, after a courageous battle with
cancer. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a wonderful woman and will
continue to watch over her loved ones from heaven.

Shirley was born December 3, 1933, in SLC, Utah. She was a faithful member of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was an intelligent, generous, hard working woman with a
sense of humor and great zest for life and fun.

Preceded in death by her husband, Daryl Casey.

Survived by: her husband Verl Butterfield, Daughters: Deena, Pam, Terri, Darylee, and Neicole.
Step children: Connie, Susan, Kay and David. 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 1:30 pm at Country Park 1st Ward, 11251
South 2700 West, South Jordan, Utah. Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 10, 2011 at
Mountain View Memorial, 3115 East 7800 South from 6-8 and one prior to services on Saturday.
