Born in Portland, OR to Robert and Faire Dugger. Shirley was preceded by her husband Duane. She is survived by son, Robert, Daughter-in-law, Sue. Grandchildren Brandon, Courtney, and Kaycee. Great grandchild Ava. Cousin Greg Powers. She was loved by her many friends of Oregon PTA, Portland Council, and her Red Lion family. A viewing will be held Monday May 23rd, 10am-4pm, at Wilhelms Portland Memorial Funeral Home.
