Shurla M. Knepper, age 67, of 7571 11A Road, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010, in her home. Shurla was born on September 20, 1943, in La Porte, Indiana, to Clyde and Evelyn (Stickley) Cudney. On December 4, 1971, Shurla became the bride of Richard A. "Dick" Knepper in a cermony at the Blissville Church. Together they raised their four children. Shurla had been a resident of the Marshall County Area for the past 38 years. She had worked as a store clerk for Miller's Grocery, in Plymouth. Shurla was a member of the Inwood United Methodist Church. Shurla is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Richard A. "Dick" Knepper of Plymouth; their daughter, Rhonda Knepper of South Bend, Indiana; their three sons, Jeff Knepper of Nashville, Tennessee, Jerry Knepper of Lafayette, Tennessee, and Rick (Amy) Knepper of Plymouth. Also surviving are Shurla's three grandchildren; her sister, Lois (Larry) Davis of Plymouth; and her brother, Terry Cudney of Plymouth. Shurla was preceded in death by her parents.
