Stanley F. Tielker, 82, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Stanley served in the US Marines during the Korean Conflict from 1948-1950. He worked as a Lineman with GTE for 41 years, retiring in 1991 and was a member of the American Legion Post #499 and Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Marilyn J. Tielker; daughters, Cinda (Thomas) Gerbers and Beth (Marc Rape) Fannin all of Fort Wayne; and 7 grandchildren. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Helen Tielker-Goetz; and son, Steven Tielker. Service is 11am, February 18, 2012 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Pastor Mark A. Neubacher officiating, with calling beginning at 9am. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
