Steven N. Dunsizer, 62, of 8512 Redwood Road, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at 6:12 a.m., at his home. He was born on July 5, 1948, in Wabash, Indiana, to Earl and Beatrice (Kline) Dunsizer. Steve married Patricia Glant in Bremen, Indiana, on May 18, 1968. Steve was a Funeral Director for Mishler Funeral Home, in Bremen, for several years. He moved to Plymouth in 1977 and became the first director of the Plymouth Community Ambulance Service. He started as an E.M.T. and then went on to get his Paramedic Certificate. He was also employed at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. Steve is survived by his wife, Patricia Dunsizer; their daughters, Kimberly Dunsizer of Plymouth and Melissa (Jerry) Sander of Argos, Indiana; his sister, Janice (Dean) Dawes of Wabash, Indiana; his brother, E. Stanley Dunsizer of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Grace Gardner, Tate Dunsizer, and Jared Sander; several nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Mildred Glant of Bremen; his sister-in-law, Pam (Jerry) Meister of Bremen; his brothers-in-law, David (Casey) Glant of High Springs, Florida and Dick (Sue) Glant of Bremen. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jerry Dunsizer; and his father-in-law, Al Glant.
