Shumard, Steven E., 46, laid down his burdens and went to join his daughter, Amber Dawn Shumard and mother, Mary Hilyard in eternal rest on Thursday, September 1, 2011. Steven is survived by his children, Letitia (Sabrina) Bowles, Kathi Shumard, Matthew Shumard; grandchildren, Tristin Lecklighter and Gage Lecklighter; grandmother, Hazel; father, Gerald Hilyard; and brothers, Matthew (Jeff) Hilyard, John (Kate) Hilyard, and Mark (Lisa) Hilyard. Visitation: Tuesday, 5 - 8 pm. Memorial service: 2 pm, Wednesday, both at Lakeview Funeral Home. May he rest in peace.
