Steven was a resident of Independence, Kansas at the time of his passing.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the memorial service until 9 p.m.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Steven T. Whittley Fund to help defray expenses.
