Susan Elizabeth Meshako, 55, of Pine Orchard, CT, passed away on February 24, 2013. She was an inspiration to the friends and family that survive her, including her parents, Joseph and Catherine Meshako of Branford and East Haven, CT; her devoted and loving companion, John Ryan of Branford, and her best friend and little sister, Kathy Meshako of East Lyme, CT. A graduate of Branford High School, she went on to obtain her RN from Quinnipiac University and then a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University where she enjoyed mathematics. After working her way up the ranks at Aetna Insurance Company, she co-founded a successful consulting business with her ex-husband, John Trustman, performing contracts for Fortune 500 clientele. In addition to her work, she enjoyed spending time with her German shepherd, Cody, the ocean and skiing in Colorado. She will be greatly missed. A memorial gathering/reception will be held at 18 Halstead Lane, Branford, CT on Saturday March 2, 2013 from 1 – 5 PM. Parking and shuttle service available at the Pine Orchard Club, 2 Club Parkway, Branford. For inquiries contact 860-287-7890.
