SUSAN MARIE CAMPBELL, age 55 of Manassas, VA passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from complications of pancreatic cancer. Born September 26, 1957, Susan was the second of five daughters born to Cliff and Jean Bittorf. Along her journey through life, she met her soul mate of 40 years, Tommy Campbell and had three loving children: Sam, Christopher and Melissa. Susan defined herself by her family. She was a supportive wife, an amazing mother and a great role model. Despite what life threw at her, she always found a way to smile. Her interests included sports, gardening, bird watching and bowling. She is survived by her adoring husband, Tommy, her three children: Sam, Christopher and Melissa; her mother, Jean Bittorf; her sisters and families: Karen and Peter Dvorscak, Loretta and Terry Pfahlert, Carol, David and Tyler Dill, and Gloria and Glenn Bryant. The family will receive friends from 5:00-9:00 P.M. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas where funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 12, 2012. Interment will follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
