Teresa Glenn Frantz

Teresa Glenn Frantz peacefully passed away on November 26, 2010, in the loving arms of her parents. She passed away at Primary’s Children Medical Center, where she spent her 56 days on this earth. She was named after Brad Frantz’s Girlfriend Teresa Blair who together passed away on Feburary 12, 2007 in the shooting at Trolley Square.
She was born September 30, 2010 to Brandon Ted Frantz and Melissa Leah Ann Seymore. While she was on this earth for a short time she was very loved and touched the hearts of all that knew her.
Survived by her parents Brandon Frantz and Melissa Seymore; Grandparents Steve and June Wangerin, Dan Frantz, Dennis Seymore, and Nona Daley; Aunts and Uncles on both sides; Family friends.
She is preceded in death by her Uncle Brad Frantz, Teresa Blair, and cousin Dallas Olson. Great Grandfathers; Ray Fred Steglich, Monroe Eugene Seymore and Tom Edwards. Great Grandmother; Shirley Helen Wangerin.
Funeral services will be held on Dec 4, 2010 at 2:00 at Mountain View Memorial chapel, 3115 E 7800 South. A viewing will be held Saturday from 12:45pm to 1:45 pm at the Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Teresa Glenn Frantz memorial fund,in the name of her father at any Chase Bank. We would like to offer a special thanks to the staff at Primary Children’s Medical Center.
