Teresa Herrera Cañez, 84, passed away, December 10, 2011. She was born, June 14, 1927, in Bisbee, Arizona to Francisco & Antonia Herrera. She has lived in Wilmington, California since 1944. Predeceased by her husband: Santiago Cañez & son: Carlos Cañez, she is survived by daughters: Dolores H. Cañez, Gloria (Robert) Marquez, & son: Victor (Gracie) Cañez. She leaves her legacy on this earth through her 4 grandchildren: Roberto (Loreno) Marquez, Tina Marquez, Victor (Yadira) Cañez, Jr., Sandy (Hector) Abrica, & 5 great-grandchildren: Yasmin Cañez, Victor Cañez III, Alexis Abrica, Vincent Abrica & Sofie Luna Marquez. Also survived by her brother: Frank (Dorothy) Herrera & Sisters: Amelia Montaño & Olga (Charlie) Gutierrez, & many nieces & nephews. Mom, Nana, & Auntie Teddy will be greatly missed by her entire family.
