Terry Kent, 61, of Galion, died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at home, after a six month illness. Born February 6, 1951 in Galion, Ohio, he was the son of the late Donald Dean Kent and Maxine (Russell) Kent. Terry retired in 2009 from Con-Agra Foods in Marion where he worked in the factory. He previously worked at P.E.C.O. II in Galion. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and golfing. Surviving are one daughter, Teresa M. Kent of Dunn, N.C. one son and daughter-in-law, John and Courtney Kent of Columbus; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Linda and Rusty Bennett of Erwin, N.C. and Connie Reindl of Bucyrus; one brother, Cecil Kent of Galion and many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held for his family. A benefit will be held 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 23 at the Corner Pocket, 716 Harding Way East, Galion, Ohio 44833 Memorial Contributions may be made to his family in care of Richardson-Davis Funeral Home, 218 S. Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833.
