Tessa Vel Quinlan On Thursday, September 8, 2011 of Alexandria, VA. Beloved wife of Michael W. Quinlan; mother of Thomas Quinlan; daughter of Helen and the late Terence Thang Vel sister of David (Deborah), Randy (Suzanne) and Tina Vel (Ivan Strizenec). Relatives and friends may call at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Dr. Alexandria, VA on Friday, September 16, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 am. Interment Mt. Comfort Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund for Tessa Quinlan c/o Skyone Federal Credit Union.
