Theresa Colorito, 83, of the 2300 block of Rookery Way, Virginia Beach, VA, passed away April 5, 2011, in a local hospital. A native of Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Amedeo and Elsilia Gaudio, and the widow of Lawrence Colorito. She was Roman Catholic. Mrs. Colorito is survived by her son, Lawrence Colorito, Jr. and his wife Beth of Chesapeake, VA; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Cassie. A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. The burial will follow in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
