SHIMKO, THOMAS B. Sr. April 19, 2011 Age 79 Beloved father of Bernadette Glass (John), Joan, Thomas Jr. (Kelly), Kathleen Spence (Mac), James (Judy), Brad (Janis), and Jason (Lisa). Loving grandfather of Robbie, Brandon, Spencer, Christopher, Gabrielle, Olyvia, Bridgette, Marissa, Nicholas and Twila. Brother of Mary-Margaret Selina. Visitation Thursday 1-9 and Friday 10-4 at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home 20705 Mack Avenue at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods. No funeral services will be held. Mr. Shimko was the retired owner of Seven-Hub Bar, Tom's Arcade and Tom's Recreation Pool Hall. He loved traveling, casinos and the Detroit Tigers. A very generous and charitable man, he was loved and will be missed by all who met and knew him. We will always love you, Dad.
