Thomas LeBaron Robbins, age 92, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at the home of his son in Payson, Utah. He was born April 30, 1919 in Santaquin, Utah a son of Thomas Burtis Robbins and Vera LeBaron Robbins. He married Helen Webb on May 12, 1939 in Provo, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on September 24, 1941.

Thomas worked at Geneva Steel Company for 34 years, and also farmed for many years.

Survivors include his children: Clyde M. Robbins (Diane), Richard J. Robbins, Nada Farnsworth (Myrlin), Curtis W. Robbins (Geri), Donald Kent Robbins, Brenda Lee Robbins, 24 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his three brothers: Robert Finch, Gerald Finch, and David Finch. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Webb Robbins, his son Thomas LeBaron Jr., 1 grandchild, 4 great grandchildren, his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Funeral services will be held Monday July 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the West Mountain LDS Ward Building, three miles West on Utah Avenue. A viewing will be held 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
