Thomas O. Faulk, age 70 of Massillon passed away Thursday at Hanover House after a long illness. Tom was born August 17, 1942 in Rogers, OH to the late Paul & Betty (Taylor) Faulk and has lived in Massillon for the last 13 years. He was a retired meat cutter for the A & P Warehouse. Tom is survived by his wife Carolyn (Page) Faulk and his five children: Jerry (Sandra) Faulk, Roger (Tina) Faulk, Roy (Amy) Faulk, Teresa Faulk and Amy (William) Fricker. Carolyn's two daughters: Mary Byers and Barbara Vick. He leaves a sister and a brother Jean Price & Paul Faulk. There are 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 3 PM on Monday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Friends may call from 2 PM until the service.
