Rocha, Thomas D. November 9, 1943 – March 31, 2012 Of St. Paul Preceded in death by mother, Stella, father, Manuel, brother, Richard and sister, Rachel. Survived by loving wife, Julia; son, James; stepdaughter, Maryann; 2 grandchildren; siblings, Patricia, Ronnie and Gail; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday 4-7PM at BRADSHAW, 488 Humboldt at Wabasha. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
