Tina Rainwater Figueroa, 57, passed away August 4, 2011, in Virginia Beach, VA after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born April 19, 1954 in Coburg, Germany to the late Cisco Earl Rainwater and Eleanor G. Lengnick Rainwater. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Figueroa and husband Hector Narvaez III of Virginia Beach, VA; her son, Mark Figueroa of Sierra Vista, AZ; two grandchildren, Hector Narvaez IV and Ariel Narvaez; her mother, Eleanor Rainwater of Killeen, TX; two sisters, Vicky Marrs of Temple, TX and Patty Harper-Ratcliffe of Harper Heights, TX; and two brothers, David Rainwater of Corpus Christi, TX and Steve Rainwater of Austin, TX. She was predeceased by her father, Cisco Rainwater; two brothers, Andy and Thomas Rainwater; and her companion, Joseph Licari. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel with Phillip Glover officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
