Valerie Lynn Davis, 35, of Springfield, Mo. passed away February 8, 2011. Valerie enjoyed being around people, animals, and kids. She was a strong family person. She was a Belly-dancer and took pride in teaching children how to belly-dance. Valerie loved music and took to performing on stage and performed opera in many theatres. She liked to cook and took a special interest in Italian fare. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, J.D. and Joyce Waters; Paternal Grandparents, Kenny and Maxine Porter; and an Uncle, Danny Waters. Survivors include her mother, Joyce Etta (Randy) Campbell of Kearney, Missouri; her father, Ronald Davis of Lathrop, Missouri; brother, Ryan Christopher Davis of Lathrop, Missouri; sister, Amber Marie Campbell of Kearney, Missouri; her significant other, John Cimino of Springfield, Missouri; Uncles, Delbert Boggess (Alice Wescot) of Kearney, Missouri and Glenn (Pat) Boggess of White City, Kansas; a niece, Serenity Campbell of Kearney, Missouri; her cousins, Erich (Janice) Boggess, John (April) Boggess, Greg (Michelle) Boggess, Steve Boggess, Anthony (Kathy) Boggess, and Cherry (Jim) King.
