Brother Vance and I were real close. I guess we met around a year and a half ago in Midland. Since then we have grown close to each other, I especially enjoyed the rides, (he was a real good rider)hanging out, and just talking and learning from him. Vance me and all of our LCMC brothers are going to miss you.

Boling family- Vance was such a great guy with a huge heart and a contagious smile. Dylan, I only met you once but knew how proud of you your Dad was way before we ever met. I am honored to have the opportunity to have known him. His warm smile, great laugh and friendliness will be terribly missed.

May God hold you all in His loving arms and give you the comfort and rest that you need at this time. My brother Harold is a long time employee of LP&L and a motorcycle rider as well. I know that everyone at LP&L is going to miss Vance very much. You are all in my heart and prayers... may God bless you all.

Laura, Dylan and Mr. and Mrs. Boling,
I was so shocked to hear about Vance. I know your loss is great. I wish I could attend and be there for you, but we are currently living overseas in China.
My parents were able to stay in their home at 1906 longer than we had ever hoped because of Vance. His diligence with repairs, painting and just being a "good neighbor" allowed them the blessing of remaining in their home and certainly eased my long distance concern.
Vance was a man of his word and it was a thrill to eventually sell him the house on a simple handshake. He was honorable, fun, authentic and loving. He carried both of my parents to their final resting places on this earth. I so appreciated him taking time off of work to serve our family.
I will always fondly remember him. May you find comfort in the true promises of God and the hope of the resurrection.
Love to you,
Beva Cline
