Vicente was born in October 27, 1924 in Cabatuan, Iloilo(Philippines). He was married to Julieta Roldan Clementir(deceased). They have ten children, Rodante married to Neonette Lim, Agnes Barbara married to Eduardo Lorenzo, Armida, Arnette married to Irvin Tamparong, Amelita, Angelita, Vicente Jr married to Cheryl Berdoz, Annabelle married to Eduardo Rualo, Melchor Lyndon married to Winnie Felerino and Allan Ferdinand. There are 12 grandchilden, Anna Barbara engaged to Mark Caluag, Rodney Chester, Rizzeline, Rodante Jr, Vincent Frederick, Michael Vincent, John Vincent, Arvin Paolo, Allan Lyndon, Angelica Barbara, Angelo Vincent and Ruben Gene.

Vicente was a dedicated soldier who joined the Philippine Scouts on WWII. He retired from the Philippine Army in 1978. He is a wonderful father and a caring grandfather. He is most remembered for his kindness, love and support not only to his family but to all his friends as well. Vicente passed away in December 18, 2011 at the age of 87 in Long Beach, CA.
