Vicki Lou Jesse Blake was born on March 25, 1953 in Waterloo, Iowa: the daughter of Robert and Mary (Heun) Jesse. She lived her life in strong faith with being an active member in her church, support groups, prayer meetings and helping people spiritually. Vicki was of strength, endurance and lived independently encircled by the support of family, friends and caretakers throughout the years.
Vicki died on Saturday, September, 24, 2011 at Allen Memorial Hospital at the age of 58 from natural causes. She is preceded in death by her father and a brother Mike Jesse. Vicki is survived by her mother Mary of Elk Run Heights; two sons: Philip (Sara) Blake of Traer; and Adam (Amy) Blake of Cedar Falls; a daughter Bobbi Williams of Corona, California; 12 grandchildren; a brother Pat (Julie) Jesse of Waterloo; two sisters: Diane Jesse of Waterloo and Angie (Bob) Raska of Reinbeck and her beloved dogs: Missy and Lil Guy.
