Victoria, 91, was born on January 1, 1921 in Parkerburg, WV and passed away on March 31, 2012 in Orlando, FL. Vicki was a member of the American Legion Post 286, a Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the VFW Post 2093 and a veteran of WWII of Army Air Corps and was a member of the American Legion Honor Guard. She is survived by her sons; Robert McDougall (Annette) Orlando, FL, Maurice McDougall (Helen), Pauline, SC, Steven McDougall (Carolyn) Melbourne Beach, FL, two sisters; her twin Virginia Sisson, Colonial Heights, VA and Mary Ellen Smith, Evergreen Park, IL, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George who passed in 1994 after over forty years of marriage. Vicki is also preceded by six brothers and three sisters. The entire staff of Baldwin Fairchild Cemeteries and the Pine Castle Chapel extend our sincere sympathy to the McDougall family and friends during this difficult time.
