Vincent D. Cieri, 93, of West New York NJ, formerly of Union City passed away on Sunday November 6, 2011 at the Harborage Nursing Home. Born in Union City he was a retired laborer and a WWII Army Veteran. Dear brother of Frank Cieri. Loving uncle of Frank Gioia, Esq, Robert Gioia, James Cieri, Thomas Cieri and Christopher Cieri.
