Vincent Palazzo , passed away Tuesday May 14, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Barbara A.(Cardillo) Palazzo. Born in Bridgeport, CT, a son of the late Vincent and Mary (Adessi) Palazzo. Mr. Palazzo was the owner of the former Sierra Tool & Die Co. and Fountain Coffee Service for many years before retiring. He lived in Warwick for many years before moving to Smithfield in 2000. He was a member and past President of Warwick Chamber of Commerce, a member of Warwick Rotary Club and The Jewelers & Siversmiths of RI. He also served in the R.I. Air National Guard. He was a 1959 graduate of Cranston High School. Vin was an avid golfer, loved fishing, and was a winner of the 1984 R.I. Tuna Tournament in Galilee. Besides his wife, he was the loving father of Gregory V. Palazzo and his wife Jennifer of Smithfield and Sharon M. Walsh and her husband James of Exeter. He was the proud Papa of Gianna Palazzo and Mackenzie Walsh; brother of Ann Marie Bosco, and loving "brother" of Michael Palazzo and Deb Moretti- Nielsen. His funeral will be held Friday at 9am from the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visitation TODAY, Thursday 4-8pm.
