Virginia Elizabeth Gragg

Virginia Elizabeth Gragg, 83 of Beckley passed away Friday, January 27, 2012. Born in Landisburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late John G. and Maxie Shaver Smith.
Virginia loved helping people, volunteering, and traveling. She enjoyed flowers and gardening but most of all she loved being with her family. Virginia volunteered at Beckley Appalachian Hospital for 14 years. She was a lifetime member of the Cranberry Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Oliver Kenny Gragg; son Randy Gragg; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Cheryl Gragg of OH, Andrea Centner and husband Mark of OH; son Kenny Gragg and wife Debbie of OH; 10 grandchildren, Brandy Gragg, Don Twohig, Tanya Zelinka, Randy Oliver Gragg, Amanda Gragg, Danielle Schneider, Matthew Schneider, Jonathan Fakess, Zac Centner, Jen Centner;8 great-grandchildren, Brianna, Joshua, Sierra, Kylie and Lexie, and Luke, Sebastian, Alayna; brothers Jack Smith of Hico and Bill Smith of Phoenix, AZ; sister Mae Zickafoose of Nitro, WV and many relatives and numerous friends.
Services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, February 3, 2012 at Cranberry Baptist Church with Pastor Roger E. Pauley officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor, WV.
Friends may gather with the family Friday from 11 – 12 PM at the church.
