To the family of Mrs. Virginia: I send my deepest condolences. Mrs. Virginia was a joy to know and a blessing. She knew me when I was only 6 months old (41 year ago). As a young child, I remember traveling from Houston to Baytown, with my mother, to her house. I appreciate everything she has done for my mother, my brothers, and myself. She will be missed. She had a relationship with God and would frequently say (paraphrased) "Tell the truth and it will set you free" and she would speak of Psalm 27:1-"The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear.." Virginia was a very dear friend and neighbor and we will miss visiting with her. Oh how she like egg-dropped soup and fortune cookies. We ended up knowing her doctors on a first name basis. Many hours were spent just talking about her past history and her family. We will always consider Virginia a very dear friend and may God Bless her soul.

So sorry to hear of Ms Virginia's passing. She was a unique Lady. May she rest in peace...Jack and Nina Barbee
