Virginia Louvette Moseley, 93, of Westminster-Canterbury, passed away May 20, 2011, in Westminster-Canterbury. She was born April 17, 1918 in Portsmouth, VA, the daughter of the late Samuel and Ester Louvett. She had retired from Civil Service as Finance Officer with the US Public Health Service Hospital in Norfolk, VA. She was a longtime member of Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her son, Brian Charles Moseley of Virginia Beach, VA; two nieces, Louvette Aspiotis and Stephanie Jones; and a nephew, Jeffrey Jones. She was predeceased by her sister, Mildred Jones. A graveside service will be conducted Friday, May 27th at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Dr. John Monroe officiating.
