Virginia M. 'Ginny' Krites, age 80, of Cridersville died 8:47 a. m., Saturday April 7, 2012 at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born Jan. 26, 1932 in Lima to Charles F. and Leademia Spyker Stevenson. She married Robert C. Krites March 11, 1951 and he survives in Cridersville.

Mrs. Krites had been a homemaker, contributing editor to Taste of Home Magazine, noted for her cooking and baking. She was an active farm wife, 4 H Advisor and Cub Scout leader.

Survivors include 2 sons: David (Connie) Krites of Wapak, Dennis 'Willie' Krites of Cridersville, 2 daughters Julia 'Julie' (Kurt) Zwiebel of St. Marys, Janelle Krites of Buckland, 8 grandchildren: Brad (Cheri) Krites, Scott Krites, Aubrea Krites, Angie (Rick) Gable, Lisa (Doug) Williams, Jesse Kohlreiser, Joshua (Jeni) Kohlreiser, Eric Augustus; 9 great grandchildren: Evan Krites, Holly Krites, Kelly Krites, Malayna Krites, Graysen Krites, Isabella Krites, Kylie Williams, Brayden Kohlreiser and Bryce Kohlreiser, and a four legged canine friend Jake.

He was preceded in death by brother Charles F. Stevenson, Jr.

Private services have been held.
