Vivian was born in Portland, Oregon June 5, 1921. Her maiden name was Vivian Alleta Myers. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1939. On June 29, 1941 Vivian married Charles L Mumper. Vivian was a member of Moreland Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon and taught Sunday school in her earlier years. She was a member of Valiant-Sellwood Order of Eastern Star, Kellogg Court Order of Amaranth, and the Oregon White Shrine of Jerusalem. Vivian worked for the City of Milwaukie as a secretary 1960-1983. She retired to do some traveling with her husband. After he passed Vivian went back to work, working for Warehouse Demo at the Clackamas Costco from 1988-2004. Vivian was known for her smile and honest opinions. She touched many lives in her 89 year with us. She was much loved and will be missed by many. Vivian is survived by her daughter Pamela Jean Saatkamp (Jay) of Oregon City, OR, daughter Patricia Ann O'Dell (Robert) of Aurora, Colorado, Grand Daughters Alleta Collins (David), Heidi Bauder (Craig), and Heather Remley (Marvin), Grandson Charles O'Dell and 5 Great Grandchildren Brandi, Keili, Zackery, Kalib and Randy. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Mumper in 1988.
