Vivian Lanham 95, of Indianapolis, passed away March 7, 2013. She was born June 26, 1917 in Indianapolis and the daughter of Robert and Evelyn (Woolen) Edwards. She was Vice President and sales manager for Judy Lee Jewels for many years and a sales representative for several Indianapolis furniture stores. She loved to travel, go fishing and was a missionary in Guatemala. She was a member of Avon Community Church of God and rarely missed a yearly meeting at Brooklyn Church of God campground or the annual gathering in Anderson, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her first husband Garold Eggers of Plainfield and their daughter Jeannette Cannon. She is survived by their children LaDonna Tillman, Darlene Reeves (Jon), Gary Eggers (Miriam), Lolita Eggers, Lynda Neff and LaTrisha Lanham. She is also preceded in death by her second husband Lowell Wade and survived by his daughter Becky Johnson. Vivian is also preceded in death by her latest husband of twenty-six years, Floyd Lanham and his daughters Brenda Iles, Kathleen Moreland and Karen Brooks. She is survived by his daughter Mary Ann Beachy and son, Ed Lanham. Vivian is preceded in death by her sisters Roberta Pickwith and Lucille Goldsmith both of California. She is survived by her sister, Marjorie Gibbons of New Berry Springs, California, many loving nieces and nephews of California, Colorado and Arizona and many grand-children and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Conkle Funeral Home - Avon Chapel with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International, American Cancer Society or Little Red Door.
