Ms. Vivian Sanford Bowles, 79 – died on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.

The visitation will be from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Monday, April 16 at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home, 6011 Clinton Blvd. and again from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 17. The funeral service will begin at 2p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park.

Ms. Bowles was preceded in death by her parents, Velma and Stanley Sanford of Seminary, MS.

She is survived by sons Ed Boles and wife Blanche of Belize, Greg Bowles and wife Dana of Richland, Phillip Bowles and wife Rhonda of Ashville, AL; daughter Angela Harris and husband Jimmy of Raymond; one brother Roger Sanford and wife Nita of Jackson; two sisters, Helen Sanford of Seminary and Janis Sanford of New Orleans, LA; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
