Waldine M. Patton, age 76 was born February 4, 1935 in Abilene, TX. She passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 and was a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by husband, Roy Patton of Albuquerque, NM; sons, Michael (Holly) Patton of Midland, TX, and Royce (Betty) Patton of Albuquerque, NM; grandsons, Allan (Lisa) Patton, Shan (Erica) Patton, Brian Patton and Jesse Patton; and granddaughter, Crystal (Kevin) Laman. Waldine was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Bea Moore; her son, Scott Patton; and her twin sister, Geraldine. She was a member of Red Hats, 1st Lady of the Shrine in 2000, the Assistance League of Albuquerque and the Albuquerque Country Club. Waldine loved gardening, entertaining family and friends, and cooking. For 27 years she and her husband owned and operated Krystals NFL Shoppe until retirement in January of 2010. She also loved traveling, boating, fishing and going on cruises. Waldine really enjoyed playing "Bridge" and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011, 11:00 a.m., at the Ballut Abyad Shrine Center, 6600 Zuni SE 87108, with William Aber officiating. Private interment will take place. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Shrine Perpetual Fund at 6600 Zuni SE, 87108.
