Weems Jeffrey Partain was born on August 6, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Weems A. and Margaret R. Partain. He graduated from H. Grady Spruce High School. Jeff married the love of his life, Rose, on August 20, 1976. He worked for the City of Dallas Water Utilities as a Systems Control operator. Jeff loved spending time with his family, fishing, singing church hymnals, watching TV, playing bingo and in the last few years, he enjoyed farming on Facebook's Farmville. He was preceded by his parents, Weems Archie and Margaret Roberta Partain as well as many other Cherished family members. Jeff is survived by his wife of 36 years, Rose Partain; daughters, Pam and Paula Partain; son, Jeffrey Partain; 4 grandchildren, Daniel, Robert, Kevin and Laura. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Jeanette Smith and Judy Woody; 3 brothers, Jerry, Johnny and Jimmy Partain and their wives as well as a host of extended family and friends.
