Wendell Lee Fuller, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, was born to Coy and Hazel Fuller on May 12, 1929. He left this life at age 83 years and 16 days. Left to mourn his departure, but to celebrate wonderful memories are his wife of fifty-seven years, Earlene; son Danny Lloyd Fuller of Jacksonville; granddaughter Tabitha Mundy Evans (Jason); great-granddaughter Madyson Olivia Evans and soon to arrive great-grandson Aiden Tyler Evans of Sherwood. He is also survived by one sister and two brothers.
Wendell proudly served his country in the U.S. Army 1948-1952. He was a member of Cross Roads Free Will Baptist Church where he served as deacon for over forty years. He was a professional truck driver for forty years. On Monday, May 28, 2012, he made his final run to eternal bliss in Heaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a baby sister, a brother and his much loved daughter, Gay Fuller Mundy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cross Roads FWB Church, PO Box 294, Jacksonville, AR 72076 or Gideons International Sherwood/Jacksonville Camp, PO Box 75, Jacksonville, AR 72076.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Jacksonville.
