CORINNE - One of Heavenly Father's choicest sons finished his work here on earth, and was called home to continue serving Him on August 24, 2010, at the age of 22. Westley Nathan Moore was born on May 14, 1988, in Logan, Utah. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and his Duty to God award. He graduated from Box Elder High School and Seminary in 2006. He was a student at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, studying pre-pharmacy. He also graduated from the LDS Institute while attending college. He served a two-year Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Rio de Janeiro Brazil Mission. He joined the Army Reserves in January 2010. He completed basic and specialized training as a Combat Engineer at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. His testimony of the gospel remained very strong and he always strived to serve his Heavenly Father, family and friends to the best of his ability. He was a good role model for his family and others who crossed his path. He is survived by his parents, Max and Linda, and his sisters and brothers: Andrea, Jennifer, Alex and Daniel. He was the grandson of Nathan and Kae Stuart of Kaysville, Utah and Beth Shumway Moore of Hurricane, Utah. Many relatives and close friends will also sorely miss him. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Corinne 1st Ward Chapel, 2335 N. 4000 W., Corinne, UT. Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and on Saturday from 1:00 to 1:40 p.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Corinne Cemetery.
