Willard Michael Capps , 58, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Middlesboro, KY, Surviving are his Mother, Gloria Caine of Fort Wayne, sons, Gerrod Capps of Fort Wayne and Noah Capps of Montpelier, OH. daughter, Felicia Hosbein of Fort Wayne. grandsons, Lennon and Elijah Capps of Stryker, OH. brothers, Charles (Claudia) Capps Rick (Sharlyn) Capps both of Fort Wayne, sister, Carolyn (Philip) Harding of Fort Wayne, brothers, Ernest (Babbie) Capps Jr. of Middlesboro, KY and John (Sharon) Capps of Harrogate, TN. sister, Deborah Daniels of Ewing, TN. and step-mother, Barbara Capps of Middlesboro, KY. Willard was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Capps and niece Christina Cramer. Memorial Service is 10:00 am Thursday at the Northridge Baptist Church 1300 E. Cook Rd.with calling 1 hour prior. Rev. Gary Green officiating. Calling Wednesday, December 21, 2011 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at - D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue.
