William passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2011.
William was a resident of Whitman, Massachusetts at the time of his passing.
Mr. Murphy a graduate of New York University.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, during World War II, where he received a Purple Heart.
He is survived by his wife Anna.
His visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00AM in the Holy Ghost Church, Whitman. His Interment will be in the St. James Cemetery Whitman.
