Bill Payne, 84, of Hot Springs, Arkansas died July 5, 2011 peacefully at his home. Bill was born November 7, 1926 in Waco, Texas. He attended interior design school, which provided a satisfying career. He also served in the United States Army during WWII and was a long time resident of Alexandria, Louisiana before moving to Hot Springs.

Survivors include two sons Christopher Payne of Warsaw, IN and Patrick Payne of Katy, TX.

At Bill’s request his body will be cremated and memorial services will be at a later date.
