POSEN, WILLIAM (BILL) MICHAEL SR.
Age 66, passed away December 17, 2011 in his sleep. A colorful character that touched many lives, he is well known for his love of sports and coaching. He proudly followed and supported his three sons' activities whether on the baseball field, in the gym or in the concert hall. A baseball letterman, he actively participated in UNM's Alumni Letterman organization. Bill enjoyed dancing and meeting friends at local hangouts. He is survived by his brother, John; sons, Bill Jr. and wife Mary, Tom and John; grandchildren, Michael, Brennan and Rebecca plus numerous friends and family. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at French Mortuary – Lomas Chapel from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow the service at Sunset Memorial Park.
