Born May 17, 1957 in Middletown, NY, and passed away unexpectedly on Nov, 17, 2009.
Bill was the Lead Electrician at Lake Washington School District. His life was dedicated to his wife, family, friends and his adored pets.
Bill is survived by his wife Karen Osborn Coleman, his beloved pets Penny and Jazzy, 3 sisters, a brother, brother and sister laws, nieces, nephews and many many wonderful friends.
