William was born on December 10, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012.

William was a resident of Stoughton, Massachusetts at the time of passing. William was formerly from Dedham, Massachusetts.

He attended Stoughton High School and graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy in Pine Beach, New Jersey. He also attended and graduated from Northeastern University and the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

He served his country with the United States Army during the Korean War and was engaged in battle as a Bomb Disposal Expert. He was the proud recipient of both THE KOREAN SERVICE MEDAL WITH 2 BRONZE CAMPAIGN STARS and THE UNITED NATIONS SERVICE MEDAL COMBAT INFANTRY BADGE.

William was married to Carrie.

His funeral service will be held on Thursday March 29,2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Congregational Church of Stoughton, 76 Pierce Street, Stoughton.The Pastor Rev. Jean Niven Lenk, officiating. Burial with military honors to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2012 from 4 ' 8 p.m. in the Sheehan, Lowe & Powers Funeral Home, 115 Monk Street, Stoughton. NOTE: MASONIC FUNERAL SERVICE STARTING AT 7:30 P.M. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
