William F. Hullinger, 81, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the VA Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, IN, William worked as a Tool & Die Maker for Zollner Piston 34 years retiring in 1988. He was a U.S. Marine Corps. Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of American Legion Post 82, VFW #2457 New Haven, The Marine Corp League, Devil Dogs, & Korean War Veterans. Surviving are his three daughters, Linda K. Salisbury of Fort Wayne; Lori A. Richhart of New Haven; Karen L. Hullinger of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Ken (Annette) Hullinger of Angola and Rich (Ruth Ann) Hullinger of Lagrange; Six Grandchildren; Two Great Granddaughters and Loving Companion, Luella Miller of Fort Wayne. William was preceded in death by parents, Ervin & Minnie Sutleff Hullinger. Memorial Service is 2:00 pm,Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling two hours prior. Rev. Steve Ensley officiating. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens with military graveside honors.
