William Richard Graham (Bill), 55, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, January 28 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. He was born September 27, 1956, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs. He was the son of Dr. Richard Francis Graham and Mary Sue Darneal Graham, who both predeceased him. He graduated from Lakeside High School and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he pledged Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Bill was an employee of Windows USA and had previously been employed by several automobile dealerships in and around Hot Springs. A former athlete himself, he loved Arkansas Razorbacks football, and was an avid fan of all sports, including football, golf, fishing, hunting, and boat racing.
He is survived by daughter Mary Graham Burgess, son-in-law Adam Burgess, and grandsons Kaelyn and Brock Burgess, all of Bentonville; daughter Stacy Graham of Bentonville; brother Sam Graham and sister-in-law Jeanie Graham of Hot Springs; sister Katharyn Graham Rucki and brother-in-law John Rucki of Sayreville, New Jersey; sister Suzanne Graham Scott and brother-in-law Holms Scott of Spring, Texas, and their three daughters, Rebecca Scott of Dallas, Texas, Susannah Scott of Arlington,Texas, and Molly Rex, of Richardson,Texas.
The family wishes to extend sincere thanks for the compassionate care provided by the hospice team at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital.
Arrangements are being made by Gross Mortuary and will be announced later.
