Bill was a resident in our community. He was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. He did a lot for our community and will be missed. Our prayers are with Ruth and his son.

I worked with Bill on the Railroad while in Phillipsburg, N.J. Bill became a family member years ago with his visits in Easton, Pa. and Jacksonville, Fl. I always looked forward to the visits to bring back the old memories of the Railroad years. Bill and Ruth were lots of fun. Bill will surely be missed, God Love.
