William H. Scroggins

Decatur-William H. "Bill" Scroggins, 57, of Decatur, died Monday, September 12, 2011 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Born June 12, 1954 in Sullivan the son of Dallas and Daisy (Kirkendoll) Scroggins, Bill worked as a laborer and was a U.S. Army veteran. He married Kathy L. Parker March 23, 2006. Surviving are his wife, Kathy of Decatur; son, Will and wife Michelle of Sullivan; daughters: Amanda of Decatur, Anna of Sullivan, Kathy of Oklahoma and Emily of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; sisters: Donna and Melinda of Sullivan; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parent's one brother and one sister. There are no services planned at this time. Cremation service provided by Graceland/Fairlawn Crematory.
